MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2012 film?

Carousel is the story of the Mayor of " Caffre Town ", Dr. Santiago Rubio, a classic character of Latin American politics, where his greatest aspiration is to be president of " The Independent Republic Croto ". To achieve this will create building the best airport in Latin America Business Group hiring Hoyos, a cluster of pretty shady contractors in their business. The brothers Hoyos, as we say colloquially, spend all the public budget in all but the work of the airport. Maria Cristina Echeverry, the wife of the famous Mayor is the key tab as their affairs and strategies unleashed a political storm in the town. The Mayor is always surrounded by his three beautiful little advisers really do as he always does his will. They will be instrumental in the scandal.
