MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1991 film?

A college student Taku Shimamura name is transported Slaffleaze the evil planet where intelligent creatures govern led by the villainous Zolba, planning the invasion of the world they called Capricorn, this world isEarth !. Alongside Slaffleaze oppressed peasants, Taku must find a way to stop Zolba forces before the door is opened to Earth. To do this, the first thing to do is get the love and truth of the last of the Yappie, Slaffeaze ancestral guardian. This is a task for which we must be bold and have courage, for the last Yappie is a beautiful lady,but it is a dragon !
