MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1915 film?

On a windy day at the beach Charlot flirts with the beautiful swimmers and this causes a dispute with the husbands of two women. After that, and while they argue with each other for ice cream, Charlot again that pleasant activity.
