MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1989 film?

Anonymously, Fermin leaves his hiding underground in the subway tracks. Dictatorship is followed by democracy, but its strong light blinds Fermín: feels out of place. At the police station, his anonymity is total and does not even remember his own name. The files relate it to a past thirteen years of illegal political opposition. If you keep silent about the crimes committed during the dictatorship, will be a free man. The lady to whom he had promised marriage and does not recognize it and thinks she is dead.
