MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1980 film?

Alex is a psychoanalyst and American university professor in Vienna. There he meets and falls in love with Milena, a pretty girl, and American, who begins a passionate relationship. But Milena not want to feel tied to one master, and his infidelities are increasing while Alex grows possessive feelings for the girl. Months later, in the health center, Milena is hovering between life and death from an overdose of barbiturates. Netusil Inspector interrogates Alex to find out if it's a suicide attempt or something more sinister.
