MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1972 film?

Wendell Armbruster is an American businessman who is forced to travel to Italy, where his father died in a car accident. Despite trying to hide it, he learns that his father had a mistress, who was with him at the time of the accident. When he enters the scene lover's daughter, the animosity between them is instantaneous, but the embarrassing situation is further complicated when the bodies mysteriously disappear.
