MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2001 film?

Confined in the castle tower by her father, princess Arete spends her days watching the world outside his window, watching people in their work. The knights of the kingdom compete to somehow get some magic items, made by a race of sorcerers and missing, and to marry the princess and rule the earth. Arete wants none of this. She wants to know the villagers and travel to exotic lands which incidentally has seen in books hiding under your bed. One day the sorcerer Boax comes at an incredible flying machine and asks marriage to thereby be able to make it a worthy princess.
